SL-7 Super Clean-Up is a blend of surfactants, acidic ingredients and inhibitors designed specifically for the removal of cementitious grout products from ceramic surfaces. SL-7 is used to clean cementitious grout from quarry tile, paver, brick, slate and other masonry surfaces. SL-7 may also be used to clean masonry surfaces in preparation for laying mortar bed for a tile installation. This product is normally safe with standard and colored grouts when used as directed. ALWAYS TEST A SMALL AREA BEFORE GENERAL APPLICATION.

SL-15 is a penetrating, below surface sealer to resist water based staining on unglazed ceramic tile, brick, concrete, stucco clay and other masonry surfaces. It is non-flammable and does not change the natural appearance of the applied surface. SL-15 is used to protect unglazed ceramic tile, brick, concrete, stucco clay and other masonry surfaces against water penetration and stains. SL-15 may be used as a grout release by pre-sealing over the clean tile surface 16 to 20 hours before grouting the floor. ALWAYS TEST A SMALL AREA BEFORE GENERAL APPLICATION.

SL-33 Quarry Tile Floor Cleaner is an alkaline, non-chlorinated, grease-cutting cleaner that also reduces odor-causing bacteria. SL-33 is designed specially for commercial kitchens and other food processing areas where grease and grime buildup can be a hazard. ALWAYS TEST A SMALL AREA BEFORE GENERAL APPLICATION.

SL-35 is a mild Ph balanced surface cleaner that can be used in a wide variety of applications. SL-35 makes initial clean up of epoxy grouts much easier. SL-35 is a low VOC friendly cleaner developed to be versatile with all types of glass, tile and stone products. SL-35 specialized blend of surfactants will not damage glazes or specialty sealers placed by the manufacturer on tile and or decorative stone products. SL-35 is highly recommended when grouting with Summitville’s S-500 Ultra Max system. Its specialized properties allow it to clean the surface and help provide smooth, crisp joints on all decorative glass, tile and stone products. ALWAYS TEST A SMALL AREA BEFORE GENERAL APPLICATION.

SL-37 is a germicidal detergent that controls staph, salmonella and pseudomonas. It also eliminates tough odors. SL-37 mixes readily with water and makes a clear, stable solution. In dilution, it is non-corrosive and non-staining to plastic, vinyl and synthetics. SL-37 is a safe and effective neutral pH cleaner for general cleaning of all types of glazed and unglazed ceramic tiles, natural stone and vinyl flooring surfaces. The ceramic tile industry recommends a neutral pH cleaner for general cleaning of all tile and stone surfaces. ALWAYS TEST A SMALL AREA BEFORE GENERAL APPLICATION.

SL-55 is a one part penetrating sealant for use on grout, stone and brick pointing mortar, porous stone, brick and clay materials. SL-55 deepens and darkens the color of materials and provides a low gloss or sheen. This product is ideally suited for long-term hiding of waterborne stains and greasy food stains. ALWAYS TEST A SMALL AREA BEFORE GENERAL APPLICATION.

SL-70 is a sulfamic acid based product used to clean cement grout residue from ceramic tile installations. SL-70 and water solution is recommended for the removal of grout residue from ceramic tile. SL-70 is an excellent cleaner to remove efflorescence from masonry surfaces. Muriatic acid is not recommended for grout stain removal. ALWAYS TEST A SMALL AREA BEFORE GENERAL APPLICATION.

SL-80 is a heavy duty, long wearing high gloss and high solids acrylic formula designed to give the “wet look” to unglazed quarry tile, clay tile, slate, brick pavers and Portland cement products. SL-80 needs no buffing and cleans easily with a damp mop. SL-80 is semi-buffable if desired. SL-80 provides an extremely hard, durable surface that allows the user to apply fewer coatings for a superior finish that outlasts other finishes, reducing the frequency of stripping/removing coatings. Hot cooking oils do not affect this product. SL-80 can be removed with SL-86 Floor Stripper. SL-80 is designed for unglazed quarry tile, clay tile, slate, brick pavers and Portland cement products. SL-86 is a specially formulated cleaner, degreaser & acrylic sealant remover designed to remove acrylic floor sealers, urethane fortified topcoats and waxes. SL-86 will also clean grease and grime from tile and stainless steel surfaces. SL-86 is used to prepare tile surface for SL-80 Acrylic Floor Sealer. This product does not contain the harsh smell of ammonia. SL-86 can be used in enclosed areas where ammonia vapors can be a problem. ALWAYS TEST A SMALL AREA BEFORE GENERAL APPLICATION.

OTHER SL - 86 USES:

• Mix SL-86 and hot water and use as a soaker bath for equipment with dried on grease build-up.
• Cleans stainless steel exhaust hood filter screens too.
• For soak-in-place applications, please use SL-86 Gel.
• SL-86 will also strip acrylic and urethane modified coatings from flooring, concrete patios, driveways, and walkways.
• SL-86 can be used to strip road tar and wax from automobile bodies.

SL-86G is a specially formulated stripper/cleaner designed to remove acrylic waxes, urethane modified coatings, sealers and latex grout haze. SL-86G will also clean grease and grime from vertical and horizontal surfaces. ALWAYS TEST A SMALL AREA BEFORE GENERAL APPLICATION.

SL-99 SummitSeal is an extremely effective water-repellant (hydrophobic) and oil-repellant (oleophobic) penetrating sealant for all types of unglazed ceramic tile, natural stone and cementitous grouts. It is water based and contains no organic solvent. It leaves little or no film residue and therefore leaves the stone, clay or masonry surface very natural in appearance. For all practical purposes this product is invisible. This product is ideally suited for long term protection from water borne stains, greasy food stains, paint drips, cosmetics and a wide range of graffiti. It will dramatically reduce the maintenance required to maintain exterior tile, mortar and natural stone surfaces subject to mineral deposition caused by exposure to hard water spray. Also useful to dramatically reduce efflorescence issues with retainer walls, walls, ceilings and floors. Commercial flooring and kitchens: Terra cotta, quarry tile, slate, sandstone, porcelain pavers, marble, limestone, terrazzo tile, slab, Mexican saltillo, cantera stone, brick, granite counters and floors. Suitable for interior/exterior where water does not make long term puddles. Not for use in sealing tanks such as swimming pool basins. ALWAYS TEST A SMALL AREA BEFORE GENERAL APPLICATION.

SL-100 has a pleasant citrus scent and a removing strength comparable to methylene chloride, while being an environmentally responsible, natural, and sustainable product. SL-100 is also free of harsh mineral acids. Restores old dirty tile and grout to “like new” condition, removes epoxy and urethane film from tile and is easy to use, fast and effective. SL-100 is useful in removing cured epoxy and urethane when used full strength and allowed to soak to soften the epoxy. The cured time of an epoxy or urethane does not matter; SL-100 will attack and soften the epoxy or urethane. SL-100 can also be used to remove some paint finishes. Do not use SL-100 on finishes over absorptive substrates such as wood. SL-100 is amber in color and may stain the wood or porous substrate if allowed to be absorbed. SL-100 will remove oil from non absorptive surfaces to be painted, sealed, or otherwise coated such as oil from metal parts including stainless steel. If using SL-100 on stainless steel, remember to coat stainless steel immediately after removing SL-100, or the stainless will rust quickly. SL-100 can be diluted into water as an environmentally responsible, natural, and sustainable general purpose cleaner. Dilute to your cleaning strength preference.
