S-400 is a Tile Council of America formula AARII-HT, epoxy mortar and grout that meets or exceeds requirements of ANSI A118.3 and is USDA approved. S-400 is a two-part 100% solids epoxy system designed to resist attacks by many acids, alkalis and other chemical compounds that normally break down cement mortars and grouts. S-400 is sag resistant and should be specified for setting or grouting ceramic tile on any wall or floor installation. S-400 has exceptional bond strength and will remain rigid and cohesive at temperatures up to 350°F.

S-400 QS is a quick setting version of the Tile Council of America formula AARII-HT, epoxy mortar and grout. S-400 QS meets or exceeds requirements of ANSI A118.3 and is USDA approved. S-400 QS is a two-part 100% solids epoxy formulation that allows installed area to be open to traffic in 4 to 6 hours after installation @ 70°F and 50% RH or less. S-400 QS has the same physical properties and chemical resistance as S-400. S-400 QS is sag resistant and should be specified for setting or grouting ceramic tile on any wall or floor installation. This product has exceptional bond strength and will remain rigid and cohesive at temperatures up to 350°F. S-400 QS will resist attacks by many acids, alkalis and other chemical compounds that will normally break down cement mortars and grouts.

S-500 Setting & Grouting Epoxy

S-500 is an epoxy mortar and grout that meets or exceeds requirements of ANSI A118.3 and is USDA approved. S-500 is a three-part 100% epoxy solids system for setting and grouting of floor brick, quarry tile, pavers, porcelain tile and ceramic mosaics. It is designed to resist attacks by many acids, alkalis and other chemical compounds that normally break down concrete mortars and grouts. S-500 has a unique filler system, which has been designed to make grouting clean up easier. It is recommended for use in distilleries, refineries, chemical laboratories, breweries, dairies, food processing plants, etc. where high exposure levels of organic acids are not present. S-500 is sag resistant when mixed and installed properly, and should be specified for setting or grouting ceramic tile on any wall or floor installations. S-500 not only has exceptional bond strength (greater than 1200 P.S.I.) but it will remain rigid and cohesive at intermittent temperatures up to 350°F.

S-500 LT should be specified for setting or grouting ceramic tile on any cove or floor installation. This product has exceptional bond strength and will remain rigid and cohesive at intermittent temperatures up to 350°F. S-500 LT will resist attacks by many acids, alkalis and other chemical compounds that will normally break down cement mortars and grouts. Floor brick, quarry tile, pavers, porcelain, glass and ceramic mosaics may be set and grouted with S-500 LT.

S-5000 Easy Flow is just that, it is more fluid and easier to work with. EZ Flow should not be used in vertical applications and care should be taken when working on a sloped horizontal application. S-5000 EZQS combines the qualities of Easy Flow and Quick Set Epoxies into one formulation for specialized installations.
